Terrie, Thanks for the info! I got thinking about it later and it started to make sense that because our bodies have all that extra sugar that is not being processed it would agravate those of us who already have problems with the candida, like as you said yeast thrives on sugar. hmmmm I would love to hear more about what you are doing for it--feel free to email me any time!
