Laproscopci Surgery?

Good news--I just found out that my insurance company has approved "Any Necessary treatments, proceedures and medications" for my pcos! Yeah for insurance! So my doctor said that he wanted to do a Diagnostic Laproscopic Surgery to find out why I am having such bad pelvic pain. So I am eager to be aggressive with this and find out what is going on--however, I am hesitant to have surgery. I am wondering if anyone who has experienced this laproscopic surgery would share their experiences with me. I am particulary wondering about recovery time as I work very long hours and 6 days a week. I could probably swing a day or two off but I am a workaholic -- lol Thanks in advance to all who reply!
