Terrie, I have always had horrible seasonal allergies and have "Exertional Asthma" as well. When I was about 14 yrs old an allergy specialist who is really into homoepathic remedies diagnosed me with Candida Albican Yeaste Overgrowth. I did some drops under the tounge stuff and acidolphulus (sp?) meds and it helped a lot, but I had to quit taking them because my insurance wouldn't pay for it anymore (they deemed it experimental). But do you know anything about the coorealtion, if any, to Candida and PCOS? BTW--I am on Zyrtec for my allergies and it is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I love it!
