Hi, Just thought I would add my 2 cents...I remember studying sleep patterns in my freshman Psych class. We talked about these full body spasms or sudden jerks (there's even a technical mummbo jummbo name form them). If I remember correctly all it is, is your muscles trying to relax, especially after a physicaly active day. I don't *think* that they are related to sugar levels or hormonones but....who knows? As far as I remember it is just our bodies way of getting rid of the last little bit of tension or energy in them. I remember the discussion because I have the occasionaly and it really interested me. But I could be wrong...it's just a thought.
