Congratulations!!! I too, have suffered with PCO for years and have had, luckilt 2 pregnancies. My first however were identical twins, my second our son, Garrett! Both of these pregnancies, i was placed on progesterone for a few months twice a day, vaginally. Be sure to ask you ob about it! I wish you lots of luck!!!! Laryssa
