Allergies/Asthma

I've had horrendous Hay Fever all my life; had to have my Adenoids removed at age 7 and they were the size of an Adults. At 12 I had a vicious lung infection that nearly killed me (spent 2 weeks in the hospital), and have been diagnosed with 'Exertional Asthma' since then. I've never received steroids that I know of, but who knows what they gave me at the time. I'm on Ventolin for the Asthma, when I neeeed it, and Nasonex for the allergies, which have calmed down as I've aged.
