Hi Renee :-) ~~ Something unusual happens to me. Sometimes, when I'm just about to fall asleep, I'll get this single full body spam. Then, I fall asleep. It's happened for as long as I can remember. It is not every night. Just once in a while. It's not blood sugar related, as I always have a snack right before I go to bed. Does this happen to anyone else? Renee ~~ ALL the TIME! Only I don't always get back to sleep after. Sometimes it's a precursor to a bad Insomnia night; wakes my whole system up.
