I have had both -- in fact, my PCOS diagnosis was confirmed during laproscopic surgery to remove endometriosis about 10 years ago. Interestingly, though, a gynecolegist that I saw last year about new/recurring pelvic pain DIDN'T BELIEVE that I had endo. before.
