I don't really know what I'm talking about here (!) but aren't gall stones deposits of cholestrol that all clump together? If so we could expect to get them more than others as we tend to have higher cholestrol levels, presumably due to the difficulty our bodies have using and storing fat, thanks to the insulin resistance... just a thought...
