Sounds like three things that I have my own personal experience with.
Bursting cysts as Sonnet mentioned, endometreosis and Adhesions. I had
to complain for months and go through mulitple Cat Scans, MRI's and
ultrasounds before my OB did a Diagnostic Laperoscopy to figure out what
was causeing the pain. The culprit was cycsts, endometreosis and
Adhesions where my right ovary & tube was attached to my pelvic
sidewall. My adhesion problem was almost definately caused by a
C-section operation. Any surgical procedure like that increases your
chances for adhesions but you can get them without.
If you are in that much pain, talk to your Dr. about doing a diagnostic
Lap to find out what's wrong. If you have a door to your office you
probably have insurance so cost won't be the problem and Honestly it is
not a bad procedure, especially when it can identify & treat the pain
you are in.
Best of luck & so sorry for your pain.
