Susie, First off CONGRATS on the pregnancy!!! How exciting! I have been pg 4 times but lost one. The first one my pcos symptoms were mild. But with my 2nd pg I had thyroid disease and didnt' know it and wasn't on meds. My pcos symptoms had become very bad but wasn't diagnosed yet either. I didn't have any problems with the pregnancy. My babies were all late and all very healthy. I didn't get gestational diabetes so I don't have any experience with. I also had my last 2 babies at home with a midwife and had great deliveries and allwent well. good luck to you and enjoy. Monica
