Hi sarah,
It's good that you are urging your sister to be tested. They have found
that PCOS is hereditary for many of us. Your very lucky that you were
diagnosed at a young age. I am 35 will be 36 this year and wasnt
diagnosed till I was 34! I feel that I have lost MANY years of trying to
have a baby because I didnt know what was wrong with me.Your boyfriend
sounds like a nice guy!You should take his advice and not eat
sweets.Being treated early in your reproductive years can greatly help
with your chances of getting pregnant there are new treatments on the
way and there learning more and more all the time about PCOS.Did your
Endo discuss weather your insulin resistant or not? Did he talk to you
about taking Glucophage along with your Diane35? These are good
questions to bring up at your next vist. Good luck to you,Dona
