Hi Jodie,
I had posted a question about breast discharge to this board a couple of
weeks ago and no one here answered my question. I guess I am not the
only one who lactates without being pregnant. I also had normal
prolactin levels. My doctor did tell me that it is common for woman
with PCOS to have breast discharge. He also said that breast
stimulation as you discribed can cause our prolactin to temporarily rise
and cause the discharge (lactation). My hubby and I are very active doing
the baby dance as Sonnet calls it (smile) so this may be why I have had
the dicharge as well since I have noticed it off and on now for a
while.but please do ask your doctor and have a breast exam done just in
case.
Good luck,Dona
