Hi and welcome back Jodi!!!

First of all this question really DOES have to do with PCOS because a common marker of PCOS is disrupted prolactin levels, so a common symptom is "leaky boobs." So see, it all relates!

I *think* that with us, we can maybe lactate easier than the general public. I don't have problems with that unless I am around babies a lot! I worked in daycare for some years and every time I was around the newborns I'd start producing milk. Very weird!

But I am pretty sure too that stimulation causes milk production, if you've got the right hormone set up for it. I remember reading a few places how adoptive moms would take hormone shots and then rub their breasts or have hubby do it as it would cause milk production and allow them to breastfeed their baby. So that could totally be it!

But for sure, and as always, check with your doctor next time you go in :)

BTW I'm totally with you on the breast stimulation thing. Actually I prefer it to sex even... it's just... GOOD! (I know, too much information for a public board, but come on what DON'T we share in this forum!)
