Re: New.....Found out I have PCOSFrom: Monica (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 30 Jul 2001 15:35:20 -0500 (CDT)
Sarah, WELCOME, I am pretty new here too and have been checking the boards for just a little over a week or so. When I was first diagnosed my free testosterone was 21. I was trying to get pg but my doc told me not to get my hopes up and was surprised I had been pg before. But I didn't listen to him and got pg 1 1/2 months later. The best thing you can do is to read the messages and see what others have to say about thier pcos. Then write down any questions that may come up that you would like to ask your doc about when you see him next. ASk questions here too if they come up and then if thats something you want to take to your doc as well write that down and have it all ready for your next appt. Also if you dont' feel like things are moving the way they should be as far as treatment don't hesitate to change docs and find one that will helpyou the way you want to be helped. sorry I don't have too much advise as I am still learning too. GOOD luck to you!! MOnica At Mon, 30 Jul 2001, Sarah wrote: > >Hi List, > >I am a 22 y/o female who has been battling with irregular cycles for >almost as long as I can remember.
