Anyone who hasn't experienced pcos has NO clue what we go through!! AS far as the St.Johns wort. I personally haven't tried it. Its one of those meds that works for some people and not for others. I had some online buddies really into natural meds. A few of them had depression. for 2 of them the natural meds worked better than the other. but there was one gal who hated anything unless it was all natural remedies. But she did better on prozac for her depression. Talk to your doc about it and see what will work best for YOU. Good luck to you!!
