I tried St John's Wort for a few days and actually felt WORSE! I read somewhere that for around 10% of people that take it, that's what happens (don't know if that was a valid study though!). It's worth a shot! You sound like you're very clinically depressed. Prozac has been a God send for me! Good luck!
