I have had those shaking spells, also. Right about 4 in the morning, I would wake up shaking from head to toe. I was told they were "just panic attacks", and my PCOS endocrinologist said it was unrelated. But, as soon as I started on the right hormones, it stopped. I do eat more protien now, which also seems to help.

Has anyone ever had problems with rapid, racing heartbeat right after eating a high- carb meal, especially in the evenings? It drives me nuts!

Thanks for your help,
