Hi Shelly. I haven't heard of Allese 28 but I am also interested in which birth control to go on. I recently stopped treatment of Actos (to improve insulin sensitivity) because it wasn't helping with PCOS and I'm not ready to become pregnant yet. I've been off the pill for over a year because my blood pressure was getting high and have been on BP med since. I would like to know if there are any birth control pills that are helpful with PCOS symptoms (facial hair/acne/etc) but don't cause significant rise in blood pressure. Unfortunatly, none of the doctors I have spoke to seem to know this. I'd like to hear if the Allese 28 has been working for you. Thanks!
