Re: 2 inch cyst on right ovary

I had a cyst about that size that was removed about 4 years ago - and one that had ruptured before that. Rupturing hurts - but so did surgury, I now have two cysts of that size on one ovary and have decided to risk the rupture. I figure it is unlikely - they may have to open you up when it ruptures anyway, and I would not like to go through the op again unless I had to. Rupturing wise, in my experience you can tell when its going to go - it literally feels like something is going to burst inside. I've had one of my present ones for 4 years and although I get pain sometimes, it doesn't bother me. However for some reason it has all changed for me after several stable years. I don't know what the reasons are - hormone levels, lifestyle changes - I have no ieda - and if you find someone who knows let me know!!

Sorry this seems a bit garbled- but I hope it answers your question abit.
