Holly,
I haven't been doing anything specific, just being resonable with my
eating habits and I've lost 25 lbs in just under a year. With my
history of yo-yo dieting since I was 10 yrs old, now 34, I never knew
that pcos was behind my weight problem since puberty until now. My
first diet at 10, was an all liquid diet for 3 months. I think my mom
was desparate not to have a fat daughter. The list from there goes on,
all pineapple, weight watchers, another all liquid. Ohhh, there are
sooo many I can't list them all here. My doctor is very happy with my
slow, steady weight loss. She says that they see more of a successful
loss, with it staying off, then with people who lose it too quickly.
