We're not vegetarians but eating meat everyday can get old! We eat tons of veggies and fruits too though which help and we eat a salad with dinner every single night. Have you tried wheat bread or pasta, or even brown rice for a dinner treat once in a while? I don't know if you're doing "serious" low carbing or just reduced carb, this may not be an option for you.
