I stopped taking my ortho-tri cyclen bcp about a year ago. Does the bcp's and spironolactone combined help for better hair growth. It's been two, almost three years and I still have very thin hair on top. If I don't see any results I think I'm going to get a short haircut, and invest in a good wig.
