I am not sure what exactly happens...but I have cysts usually at all times. I have pain (when I have the cysts) about 24/7. I take a lot of meds to get rid of the pain and I ride it out, but it is truly tough. I can't even desribe sometimes how it makes me feel. It has happened many times infront of my bf and one ruptured after an intimate moment. It is really hard to deal with, but I am lucky with my bf for he tries to understand and helps me when possible.
