Emma,
Thanks for your reply. I believe she is recommending it simply because
I will already be having surgery. We do not intend to have more
children. I will lose the left ovary because of the tumor and am
concerned with hormonal and cycle changes because of that but don't want
to complicate it by tampering with things that don't need it. Do you
know of any medical journals or research on this topic that could
provide some statistical information and an alternate point of view?
