Sleep apnea??????

Oh my gosh!! I cant believe how helpful this site is. I was diagnosed with PCOS back in April and my doctor put me on Meridia to help me lose weight so my symptoms would get better. I have not been sleeping well now for 3 or 4 weeks. I toss and turn alot at night and during the day I am literally drained to where I could lay down and nap all afternoon. I thought that maybe my sleep cycle was just thrown off or maybe Meridia was making this side effect. I had no idea it could be becuase of PCOS. I have no idea what the word apnea means because I have never heard of it, but I did relate to the sleep problems people were talking about. I have now lost 20lbs which I triumphantly announced earlier.:) My doctor said losing 30lbs should bring my cycle back and clear up my symptoms, but I have seen no change at all. I have had no cycles, some noticable hair under chin (but i dont think anyone else would notice), I'm still having sweet cravings even while im on Meridia, I'm tired during the day and toss all night. I cant tell if it's getting better or not. I have an appointment with my doctor on Tuesday and I want to take in a summary of everything I am finding out on this site, but I dont know where to begin. I know I want to ask her questions, but dont know where to start. Can anyone help me with some ideas on what to talk to her about and what questions I should ask? Thank you for everyone's love and support, it has been truely helpful and educating. :)
