I am so excited I think I'll hyperventalate! I just got on my scale this morning and I have lost exactly 20lbs. WHOOOOOO HOOOOOO! I never thought I'd see 200 on my scale again. I'm thinking of throwing a party once I hit 190 won't that be wonderful. I am going to Florida in August and I am excited for once to get in a bathing suit. Granted I am not skinny, but I feel great about myself and I havn't felt that way in 3 years. Guess what? I tried the Kathy Lee aerobics tape yesterday, which I will never do again. It wasn't that it was too hard, but that is was soooooo boring. They just kept doing the same repitious moves over and over and over again. It was 3 sets of 2 sets of 3 sets and I was going nuts. I think I will just stick to tae-bo from now on, I enjoy it so why switch. Thank you for listening to my chatter in this note, I was just dieing to tell someone about my success!
