Joan!!! the weight, the mood swings, the hursitism the acne is all controllable with the right treatment...aka meds, diet and exercize. it makes you feel human again, part of society. i don't want to have kids either, and i still get acne, but it is nothing like it used to be. I'm no longer depressed to the point of needing therapy ( do you know how many of my doctors have asked me if i need to see a therapist for my mood swings?)...anyhow, try treatment , see if you have any improvement, then right it off if it doesn't work, most of the time you don't even know something is wrong until it is better good luck tania
