Went to the gyno today. The third one in 5 years. The third time is the charm right? Well, the first problem was my blood pressure 159/105. Pretty high, I'm only 31 years old. I have been reading posts for about 6 months and I have gained valuable information which I used in my appointment today, but I haven't noticed too much on blood pressure. Does anyone else have this problem and are you on blood pressure medicine? I noticed it is listed with the many other symptoms of PCOS. Are there ways to lower it? I need to schedule an appointment with my primary care physician to discuss it. Is there any info I show know. Thanks for all input. It's great sharing this with people who care.
