Josie, Your cysts don't have to be in a "string of pearls" to have PCOS. My RE said I only have a few cysts.

PCOS can give a person infertility problems, but they won't usually be 100% infertile. Several people report that it makes fertility harder in your 30's, but if you try (or don't plan, necessarily) for children in your younger years, you have a greater chance of pregnancy.

That was confusing. What I mean is that you can bear children and still have PCOS.
