While its true that some women with PCOS are regular, have you had yourself chcked for Cushings? Cushings and PCOS are mirror image. Only one test can tell, I don't know the name, but its a blood test, will tell you if you have it.

I definately suggest a new doctor. This one is obviously a person of 'by the book' qualities. There are exceptions to every rule. I am one of them. All my symptoms say I should have cysts (because so severe) but I dont... confirmed by sonar x 4 different times. Will confirm visually when he goes in for Lap. Not everyone has the same symptoms and not everyone needs all of the symptoms to be PCOS. Get a new doctor and educate this one.
