OOOOOH i'm so glad to hear i am not alone in this!!!!

maybe it's NOT all in my head... i can't imagine why i'd have such awful mood swings (well, not really swings, so much as plummets that stay there....) during the off week... but at least i'm not alone!!!

i am waiting to hear back from my doctor about the situation. i'm kind of weird in that i don't like calling people on the phone - i will write, or email, or visit in person - so i wrote her a letter explaining how the BCPs seem to be making me moody as hell, and how i feel like i went on them sort of blindly without giving the met alone a full chance... asked if she thought the met could be responsible for my hair-reduction... asked if she could please order some repeat hormone tests so if i go off the BCP, i can see what the met alone is doing and maybe make a better choice... well, i am waiting to hear back.

meanwhile... i should start a new BCP pack this thursday, and i don't want to! i want to feel like myself again, not this raging bundle of hormones from hell!
