There *really are* legitimate reasons why it is important for women to
run correctly..especially heavy women. So YAY to the person starting to
run..you GO girl!! But, I think that the other poster is right
too..running is great *if sone safely*..think she was just looking out
for a cyster and not trying to deflate excitement.
Speaking of deflating excitment, tomorrow is Monday. Yuck!
