NO WAY! I cant even do 8 glasses. Im lucky if i get 2 glass in a week.
But, im not dieting/low carbing/treating PCOS right now either.
I have a tip for ya all I learned.
Take 4 water bottles (personal size) and fill 1/3 with water. Stick in
freezer. Alternate them when you want water. One should last you about
6 hours if adding pretty cold water and not temperate. Do this with 4
to alternate so that you ahve time to wash the one you emptied but have
plenty left over.
