YOu totally took my post completely out of context. If you are constantly wearing tampons, you cant shed the lining. Lining buildup can eventually block tube and cause other problems.

Check your box it should say something about toximia.

I never said anything about tampons controling hormones. Where did you get that? You have confused me.

Common sense here though... are you allowing clotting out of the body when wearing tampons? Tampons are a 'plug' that can ONLY absorb liquids. Clotting can not be absorbed into the tampon. Yes, the uterus would shed, but where is it going if you are wearing tampons all the time? Are you allowing it to come out? The whole purpose of a tampon is to swell to your natural shape and stop the leaking. This means the clotts have no where to go. When you wear a pad, it is free to fall.
