I don't like pads. I like tampons. But, not the typical Tampax that everyone uses-those things leak terribly. OB Tampons are WAY better. O.K. so they don't have an applicator, but they expand width wide - instead of lengthwise like Tampax - and therefore prevent leaking. I've never had a leak with them.
