If you could feel the person pull the hairs, they didnt do it right. You arent supposed to feel anything. I also have heard that bumps are normal but then I have also heard that it also means that the person didnt do it properly. I have never heard that you get scarring though. You should heal ok, but I would check with other people about how its suppose to feel.
