As initials. I mean I dont want people calling my initials as a word. 'Adopt A Sap' isnt very nice for all the children, now is it?

People wont know what youre talking about if you say it like Peacose. At least PCOS they will either know because they have it or someone they know or ask what it stands for.

I couldnt imagine going up to someone and saying 'I have Peacose'. Sounds like I cant speak a full sentance talking about a dog or something.
