Belinda a rise like tha means you've almost certainly ovulated. I guess nothing about our bodies is certain, but I can't imagine what would produce that classic ovulation chart if not ovulation! Some emds / hormones etc produce a higher temp, but not a shift and 14 day high before your period like that. I'm glad your body is working so nicely! Yay your ovaries!
