I've also heard that anything under 200g is considered "low carb." I think that, like with so many other facets of PCOS, you have to find what works for you, what fits right with your body. Some women lose weight/ symptoms by simply removing sugar from their diets, or eating moderate carb amounts or complex carbs with more fiber. Some women have to go really drastic with it, down to < 50g a day. Try a low carb diet that sounds good to you, like you can live with it. If you're not seeing any improvement on it, lower your carbs a bit and give it a few weeks. Trial and error should give you a good idea of what your "threshold" is.

Good Luck! :)
