If you are having a rise in temperature (at least .4 degrees higher than before the rise) that is staying elevated for 14 days and then falls when your period comes then that is a good sign you may have ovulated. But to get a definite answer your doctor can check your progesterone level one week after you think you may have ovulated to confirm whether or not you did. In my early days of testing my doctor also tracked my ovulation with ultrasound. But personally I find the blood test a lot easier and less invasive. Christine
