Ahhh... when I think of "spike" in terms of charting, I think of the steady elevated temp afterwards as being implied. Kind of like, if someone says, "I went to the grocery store" they wouldn't tack on "and I bought food" because you would just deduce that.

So AdoptASAP - sorry I don't know your name! - when you say you have spikes but no ovulation, so you have spikes without this prolonged elevated temp, or with?

Or have you already answered that, and I am forgetting? :-)
