Jodi sweety, this is called withdrawl - no joke. YOU MUST be strict the first month. It takes about that time to beat the withdrawl. Once you beat that month peroid, you find it easier after that. After about 3-4 months you probably wont even give a fig. This happened to me.

I have to do this soon too. I have been L/Cing free for almost 3 years. I start my doc appointments on the 8th. After my tests, I will have to go through the withdrawl.

Tip: GET RID of ALL sugar/carbed foods. If not possible, get a lock and lock the cabinets up and give the key to your husband for safe keeping (putting all untouchables in the same cabinets-put yours in another cupboard for your access). This will allow other members in your home to eat it but you. Leave all change at home so you dont go for the machines at work. Inform all your coworkers, friends and family not to give you anything even if you are mad.

The first month is the worst! Be STRONG! If all else fails, get sugar free lollipops to help.
