Ovulation day of temp spike? I understand that in a normal cycle a woman will ovulate and then 1-2 days later her temp will spike. However has anyone else with PCOS noticed that they ovulate closer to the night before the temp spike or the day of? I am on day 23 of my cycle and my temp spiked yesterday. I thought I had CM around day 15-16 of my cycle, but no temp spike. My CM a few days before the temp spike was white and sticky. Yesterday and today it seems to be better quality CM.
