finding a doc that really cares in a big city?????

I have found this website to be very helpful and has given me hope, but
how in GOD's name do I find a doctor in a big city that really cares
about me and will take the time to really treat me. I have seen 2
doctors already one of which was an endo who told me that I more than
likely will never be able to loose any weight and said that there is
more info on the net than he could ever give me about PCOS. The sad
thing is that I am 24 yrs old 265 lbs and am scared that I will end up
living a short life b/c of PCOS. I would like to get BACK down to
155lbs. I haven't even told my husband how much I weight even though he
would still be supportive I'm to ashamed.
