NOTHING you did made this worse permanently. Yes, some of those things
you have said would have worsed it for a TIME but not permanently. You
have NO CONTROL over how this works. Yes, you can aleviate, but not
prevent PCOS.
Look at it this way. When you take BCP the effects last for the itme
you are taking it right? Same with PCOS. Those things you did were only
a temporary effect on PCOS. PCOS gets worse and worse as you get older
no matter what.
Dont you EVER think that anything you did in the past was the cause or
made PCOS worse. Please do some more research. You will see there are
other resources out there backing up what I am telling you.
