PCOS leads to Diabetes type 2, heart disease, cancer, strokes, and other health problems. If you are not under the supervision of a doctor (prefereably an endocronologist or reproductive endrocronologist) then you need to find one today. PCOS is nothing to fool around with. Again, if your doctor hasnt told you any of this, you need to find a better one. One that cares about you. Good luck to you! Check out pcosupport.org as well.
