If you had cancer (which he would have said) then sure, a hyster might be good, but basically you have a doc who proved he doesn't understand IN THE SLIGHTEST how to treat PCOS. Please find an endocrinologist, a specialist in hormone and metabolism problems, who can help you get your insulin under control because high insulin is what causes our female hormones to get out of control and cause these problems. If you can get your insulin under control, you can get your system to work more normally and at your age, chances are very good that you could become a mom if you want to be. Please don't have a surgery with just this doc's opinion.
