Hi Jody,
Well at least I know my corn chips are not a sin, I will forgive my self,
pretzels,,,, I dont think so not my best thing, but I will replace the chips
with something better, mmm but as you say once now and again wont do much
harm. ( I have to watch for Withdraw symptoms ***BIG GRIN***)
Well the Ham was with no sugar, I checked.
Just after I emailed you I found the book, so I have already Placed the
