Thank you Jody,
one question, where will I get Colette Harris's Book, They dont seem to have
it in the books stores I have been to?
Thanks for the Info, well Last night I had a green salad with a boiled egg
and 2 slices of Ham, it was devine, Just one thing I am not a rice, pasta,
meat kind of person, as i have said I love my fruit and veg, and now and
again I will have a boiled egg and some thinly sliced ham. as for drinks
well I drink about 3 ltrs of water a day, and at home i only drink fresh
fruit juices, I know it probably sound unbelievable, but I hate Coke ect,
and sweets well oncce now and again I get a craving, but very seldom, though
my treat is a pkt of corn Crisps,,, I know bad news but I think It is my
only down fall.... oh well am going to try everything you ladies have told
me about, and I will see what the next couple of weeks bring,
Have a good day
Nikki
